Electronic Paystubs & W-2

We will send each employee an invitation to Intuit Workforce, an online platform that allows each employee to receive their paystubs and year end W-2 electronically. Saving on mailing and time passing out stubs.

Reporting

We will provide reports that show your current pay period and year to date for each employee after processing each payroll upon request.

If Payroll is provided utilizing your QuickBooks Online Subscription - access to detailed reporting after each payroll period is included via custom reports set up in your account.

Tax Payments

We will schedule your federal and state tax payments to draft out of your bank account after each pay period.

We will prepare and E-file the following returns as required.
