These services utilize your QuickBooks Online Subscription to give you access to detailed reporting after closing each period.
All services are offered on a Monthly or Quarterly basis and can include the following.
Income & Expense Transaction Recording
We support QuickBooks Online clients with transaction entry for bank, credit card, and loan tracking.
Bank Reconciliation
We can assist with bank and credit card reconciliations for each account.
Sales Tax Preparation
We can assist with NC Sales Tax on a Monthly or Quarterly Basis. This service is only available as an add on to your Accounting & Bookkeeping Package.
1099 Preparation
We can assist with preparing your 1099-NEC at year end. This service is only available as an add on to your Accounting & Bookkeeping Package.
Financial Statements
If your business needs to provide financial statements to the bank, we do offer Compilation Financial Statements. This can be added to your Accounting & Bookkeeping Package.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Reviewed or Audited Financial Statements.
Accounts Receivable
If you issue invoices in your QuickBooks Online Subscription. These services can be added to your Accounting & Bookkeeping Package.
Payment Matching - Recording payments as they are deposited - applying payments to the oldest open invoices.
Deposit Matching - Matching payments that are recorded and applied to invoice with the deposit as they come through the bank.
